Jennifer Goehring

Bio:

Jen was born and raised in the small town of Goderich located in southwest Ontario. She grew up playing club volleyball and competitive softball. After high school, Jen moved to London where she obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours Biology and Physiology) from the University of Western Ontario.

Jen later moved to Alberta where she obtained her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Since graduating, Jen has worked in private practice clinics in Leduc and around Central Alberta. She has continued her education by completing several post-graduate courses including: Women’s Health, Diagnostic Imaging (ability to refer), Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling (FDN or IMS), Spinal Manipulation, and Peripheral Manipulation.

Jen enjoys treating a variety of conditions from head-to-toe. She especially enjoys treating chronic headaches, jaw dysfunction, and hip pain. Jen also loves connecting with women in their prenatal and post-partum journeys and empowering them for labour and delivery, as well as returning to activity. She has a true passion for rehabilitation and believes in assisting her clients to feel their best. Her goal is to get her patients back to doing what they love through a manual hands-on approach and exercise prescription.

In her spare time, Jen likes to stay active by working out and running. When not at work, Jen can be found chasing after her two small kids and enjoys spending time with her family.
