LeRoy is a Physical Therapist here to help you with any aches or pains you’re struggling with, or if you have an activity you’re trying to get back to. “I will help you feel confident in your body and what it can do through a wide range of services including manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise prescription.”
Manual therapy is hands-on physical therapy including joint and soft tissue mobilization of the spine, pelvis and limbs to facilitate recovery from general aches and pains, sport related injuries, whiplash and soft tissue injuries from a motor vehicle accident, arthritis and chronic pain.
IMS dry needling is a great treatment option for many issues, including arthritis, whiplash, neuropathic pain, and persistent pain. It can facilitate recovery after a motor vehicle accident, sports injury or workplace injury.
Exercise prescription is a key component of any rehabilitation plan. The goal of clinical treatment is to help you move in the direction of recovery. The goal of a home or gym exercise program is to maintain and improve upon what we gain during treatment. I will help you confidently take your health and well-being into your own hands.
