Marie-Pier Begot Coladon

Bio:

Marie-Pier is originally from Trois-Rivières, Québec. She moved to Alberta at a young age, allowing her to learn both English and French. She graduated from the bilingual University of Ottawa with a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy, after completing her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the Faculté Saint-Jean of the University of Alberta. Among other clinical skills, Marie-Pier is currently undertaking her Orthopedic Level Manual Therapy courses through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division to help enrich her clinical approach. Having played competitive female ice hockey herself growing up, she is also passionate about guiding both recreational and competitive athletes as they safely return to sport.

As part of her treatments, Marie-Pier believes in the use of a comprehensive approach by complementing any manual therapy with personalized exercises and strategies to help her patients achieved the promptest recovery. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, caring for her two adorable bunnies and staying active through outdoor jogging, hiking, skating and downhill skiing.
