Bio:

Cora received her Masters in Physiotherapy from McMaster University; where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Anthropology.

Throughout her career, Cora has maintained a special focus in pelvic health, manual therapy, yoga therapy, acupuncture, and the prevention of running-related injuries. Through ongoing courses, she continues to advance her skills in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, musculoskeletal injury, pain, incontinence, running injuries, prolapse, and more… She is also passionate about providing prenatal and postpartum care to new and expecting mums!
