Bio:
Jenna graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2014. She then moved to Glasgow, Scotland where she completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2016. Jenna’s participation in Tier 1 soccer throughout her life led her to develop a strong passion for healthy living, active rehabilitation and a career in Physiotherapy.
During PT school, Jenna completed her thesis on “The Effectiveness of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training for the treatment of Urinary Incontinence”. This research led her to pursue a specialty in Women’s health to treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Jenna treats women with a wide variety of pelvic floor conditions including dyspareunia, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, lumbo-pelvic pain and pre/post-natal care.
Jenna has a passion for treating all musculoskeletal injuries and is certified in Functional Dry Needling, concussion rehab and is on the spinal manipulation roster. She is also a trained Vestibular therapist. Jenna has recently been recognized from the University of Alberta rehab faculty as an Affiliate Clinical Educator.
In her spare time Jenna enjoys travelling, playing soccer and pickleball and spending time with her Mini Australian Shepard, Lucy.
