Monique Junghans

Bio:

Monique was born and raised in Calgary and grew up playing competitive soccer and other recreational sports. No stranger to injuries, she grew up working alongside physiotherapists and trainers. Inspired to pursue a career in healthcare she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. Monique then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

Since graduating, Monique has worked in orthopedic private practice which has given her the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clientele and conditions. From athletes, to motor vehicle accidents, chronic health conditions, pre-and post-surgical, and numerous musculoskeletal injuries, she’s able to incorporate prior training experience and principles, with physiotherapy rehabilitation to return clients to sport/activity or activities of daily living.
