Bio:

I have completed my post-secondary education entirely in Italy, first at the University of Cassino where I obtained a B.Sc. in Physical and Sport Activities, then at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, where I achieved my B.Sc. in Physiotherapy. As well, I hold other advanced therapy certifications in Mulligan Method for the Upper Quadrant, PNF Stretching Techniques, Basic Swedish Massage Techniques and Professional Sport Kinesio-Taping Application.

In my daily practice as a physio I believe that the real key to success is a solid and trustful relationship between me and my Patients. My rehabilitative approach is based on the idea that full recovery can only be achieved when the patient is aware of their condition and becomes the true protagonist of their therapy plan., in fact my motto is “OWN YOUR BODY”.

Throughout my career I have worked in different rehabilitation settings. This allowed me to challenge my expertise with patients of different age groups and a variety of conditions ranging from chronic and acute musculoskeletal disorders to post-surgical rehabilitation.

When I am not at the clinic, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, often cooking Italian dishes for them. As well, I enjoy playing sports like soccer and tennis or cycling and hiking in our beautiful Rockies.”
