Hello, I’m Leila Awada. I am a Physiotherapist and owner of LA Physio & Wellness.

I’m passionate about making people feel their best! Being a Physiotherapist combines my love for movement, healthy living and helping others.

I utilize a patient-centred approach and individualize treatment plans to help you reach your goals! I use a combination of Manual Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, Dry Needling and most importantly, Exercise, getting you back to doing what you love.

I also specialize in pelvic health and women’s health! I provide prenatal and postnatal care and conduct birth prep classes.
