Bio:

Florence graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Physiology. Since graduating from physical therapy, she has pursued various post-graduate courses to enhance her practice. She has completed the Certificate Program in Medical Acupuncture (University of Alberta) and the Level 3 components of the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic and Manual Manipulative Physiotherapy (Canadian Physiotherapy Association).

Florence has also completed courses in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (The Robin McKenzie Institute Canada), upper quadrant procedures in the Mulligan Concept, and the Sahrmann program of Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement System Impairment Syndromes (Canadian Physiotherapy Association).

Florence has practiced in different clinical settings (work conditioning centre and interdisciplinary team). Her areas of particular interest are acupuncture and chronic pain.
