Bio:

After graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors of Kinesiology, Aly completed her Master’s of Physical Therapy at McGill University in Montreal.

Along with treating many types of musculoskeletal injuries, she is also our Women’s Pelvic Floor physiotherapist and has worked with many women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction (pain, incontinence, urgency, post-natal conditions, etc.), and is very passionate about helping women feel empowered throughout the perinatal period.

Aly is here to help you get back to the activities you enjoy. She uses many assessment and treatment techniques, including trigger point dry needling, along with individualized exercise prescription to help you reach your physiotherapy goals.
