Bio:

TJ graduated from the Masters Physiotherapy Program form University of Saskatchewan in 2012, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2010. Since then she has called Cold Lake Alberta home, first starting in public practice and then transitioning to private practice in 2017 when she opened Elevation Health.

TJ has a diverse care experience including acute care, long term care, post surgical/fracture, neurological, cardiac care, chronic condition management, pre/post natal care, sporting injuries and treating muscle, joint and nerve conditions. TJ continued her educational pursuits completing courses in Kinesiotaping, Functional Dry Needling (Level 1 & 2), McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis, Therapy and Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapies (Level 1 & 2 Lower) and in since 2018 a numerous amount of pelvic floor courses, in particular courses focusing on pre and post natal care.

TJ is passionate about working on a passionate multidisciplinary team to provide a more wholeistic care model.
