Audrey Long

Bio:

Audrey is an Certified MSK specialist with 35 years experience.  She no longer uses machines and gadgets that provide temporary pain relief.  She prefers to spend her time one-on-one with patients exploring movements, positions, and hands-on testing to get to the source of the problem and teach patients how to treat themselves.  She teaches courses across Canada to PTs and Chiropractors on the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT).   Her data shows that most non-fracture problems are much improved or resolved in 3-5 visits.  If she can’t help, she will refer you on and/or make suggestions if there is something else that might work better for you.  For patients who have already worked on core control, strengthening, labored with foam rollers, had massages,  and have already tried the stretches they found on Dr. Google, the MDT method might just be a different approach that works.
