James Squire

Bio:

James Squire received his BScPT from the University of Alberta in 2005 and went on to complete a post-graduate master’s degree in Manipulative Therapy at Curtin University in Perth Wester Australia in 2008. You can find him listed as a Rostered Manipulative Therapist with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, allowing him to perform spinal manipulations.

Now, with nearly two decades of clinical experience, James centres his treatment in contemporary, science-based manual therapyfunctional dry-needling, and exercise prescription. He believes in educating patients about their injuries and empowering them to make informed treatment decisions. James is committed to working hands-on with everyone he sees and providing treatment in a one-on-one, patient-focused environment.

Throughout his career, James has worked closely with surgeons and sports medicine doctors with a focus in shoulder rehabilitation. This experience has led to the Edmonton Bone and Joint Centre adding Acceleration Physiotherapy to its list of Affiliated Physiotherapy Providers.
